You can invite team members to work out of the same Wordable account, streamlining your content publishing workflow.

This works well if you work with multiple writers and want to pull in their documents to review and optimize before publishing. Otherwise, you can split up your process so that writers write, while editors or marketers take care of the actual optimization inside Wordable.

Here are a few of the best team features:

  • Team members can view and import documents in each others Drive. This helps you sidestep permission issues or just simplify you workflow so that you don't have people waiting on each other.

  • Team members can set a status on individual documents so everyone knows if something is ready to export, or if it still needs work or a review before publishing.

  • Team members can also see what everyone has already exported. So you won't duplicate each others efforts, while also staying on top of the latest content each other has published.
